With more than two decades of experience at DHL Global Forwarding, Johnnie has led major transformation initiatives across North and Latin America, overseeing complex transitions, building global service teams, and managing operations with multimillion-dollar budgets.
As Head of Global Service Center Solution Management for the Americas, he directed teams of over 1,000 employees and managed more than 40 strategic projects—redefining how logistics operations integrate shared services and remote capabilities. He is widely recognized for his ability to reduce costs, enhance service levels, and lead through change with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
