This past Wednesday I had the chance to sit in on the session “The Adaptive Supply Chain: Balancing Innovation, Partnerships, and Performance in the Americas” at Transport Logistic Americas and Air Cargo Americas.
Adam Basson of FlexChain Holdings, Megan Smith of PACKgistics, and Richard Richardson of CSCMP South Florida delivered an excellent discussion on how supply chains across the Americas can stay resilient by building stronger partnerships, improving visibility, and applying innovation with clarity and purpose.
Their insights reflected the realities many executives face today — balancing performance across regions while navigating constant change and rising expectations.
What resonated most is how closely their perspectives align with the work we do at The JR Moore Group.
