“What is going on?”
The Bestshoring Readiness Health Check is for leaders who sense exposure in the operating model but need evidence before committing to anything larger. Twenty questions. A scored readout by dimension, with a 30, 60, and 90 day view of what to do next.
“Will this specific move work?”
The Bestshoring Readiness Feasibility Checklist is for leaders with a defined move in view: a new location, a shared services build, a partner transition. It tests whether the organization is ready for that move, and what has to be true before it proceeds.
Your results are yours. They create a record so the readout can be prepared; nobody is added to a list without permission.
